Deliver Policy

Total Fishing offers two safe and convenient methods for receiving your order:

•              Delivery - We courier directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy. All delivery details are provided at checkout.

•              Collect - You can choose to collect at the shop in Centurion.

Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order. Delivery times may vary.

 

Delivery Through Courier:

Orders For Delivery Through Courier: All orders that are placed must be paid in full including the Courier fee with a Proof of Payment sent to us, before picking, packing and shipment bookings will take place. Please provide the correct delivery address and contact details. Please note that courier fees may vary from initial quote.

 

We do not take responsibility for any damages & late deliveries made by the Courier. We take care to package properly to prevent damage and breakages, but cannot guarantee that it won’t happen. Products are shipped on customer’s own risk.

 

Orders that contain worms:

We do not prefer to deliver worms through courier as the risk of the live bait dying in transit is too big. We take necessary precautions to keep them alive, although there is still a risk that they can climb out, suffocate or die from heat.

 

Orders with missing/ damaged items:

We advise that all orders must be checked upon delivery for breakages or missing items. We check and make double sure all orders contain all of the products ordered. If any products are missing/ damaged contact The Courier Guy directly for warranties.

We do not take responsibility to any loss or damage of any goods delivered by ANY courier. Products are shipped on customer’s own risk.
